Attention Customers

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to notify you of a concerning issue that has recently come to our attention. It has been reported that fraudsters are spoofing our toll-free number and reaching out to customers, claiming to be from Idaho First Bank's Fraud Department.

These fraudulent callers or texters may inform you of a suspicious transaction, often mentioning a purchase at a Walmart in Florida. They may then instruct you to cancel your card and request a new one. While these calls and messages may initially seem legitimate, they are not from Idaho First Bank. The key sign of the scam is when they ask for your card number or other sensitive information.

Please be assured that Idaho First Bank will never ask you to provide your card number, PIN, or any other personal information over the phone or via text message.

If you receive a call or text like this do not share your card number or any personal information and hang up immediately.

Your security is our top priority, and we are working diligently to protect you from these fraudulent activities. If you have any concerns or believe you may have been a target of this scam, please contact us immediately.

Thank you for your continued trust in Idaho First Bank.
