Intuit / QuickBooks
If you use the Desktop version of Quicken or QuickBooks, QuickBooks is adding an additional layer of security called Direct Connect. This security feature will authorize specific connections between your Intuit Desktop application and your accounts at Idaho First Bank giving you an added two-factor authentication connection.
Intuit Desktop Users needing to set up Direct Connect:

Authorize the connection in online banking.

Log on to Idaho First Bank online banking.

Select the end-user profile avatar from the main menu, and then select Settings.

Select Security.

In the Direct Connect section, select Manage. (A list of applications with attempted connections to the last user’s account appears.)

Locate the connection that the last user attempted to connect previously in the Intuit or Quicken application. (Tip: Multiple connections could be listed so be sure to look for the right one.)

Select the correct connection, and then select Approve.

Finish the process in the Intuit or Quicken application.

Restart the application.

Repeat all the substeps in step 1 to add Idaho First Bank again and complete the connection.

When the list of bank accounts appears, select the desired options for any in the QuickBooks accounts column.
